Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

1. Acceptable Use Guidelines

By accessing and using OneAppVerse, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You must not upload files containing malware, corrupted archives, or materials that violate intellectual property rights. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer document parsing parameters or abuse system rate limiters.

2. Limit of Liabilities & Disclaimers

OneAppVerse provides document conversion and AI-assisted compilation services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we prioritize conversion layout fidelity, we do not warrant that formatting, character rendering, table structures, or prompt generations will compile without errors.

For complete disclosures regarding AI-generated outputs and system accuracy limitations, please read our dedicated Legal Disclaimer.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions to our Pro Plans are billed securely through integrated processing gateways. All subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation details, cancellation steps, and billing disputes conditions are governed under our Billing & Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

OneAppVerse, including all custom graphics, branding, site logic, styles, and tools, is protected by international trademark and copyright provisions. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our web editor to format files. You may not copy, scrape, or extract raw code components from this site without our written consent.

5. Account Closures & Violations

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to accounts that violate these terms. Any attempt to upload malware, automate bulk parsing queries that exceed standard consumer thresholds, or attempt visual UI spoofing will result in immediate termination of account access, without warning or liability.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with federal laws, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any legal suit or action arising out of these terms shall be resolved exclusively within courts of competent jurisdiction.
