Invoice data
Everything you type into the generator — your business details, your client's details, amounts, notes and payment records — is held in your browser's local storage on the device you are using. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no way to read it. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching to another device means those invoices are not there.
PDF files are produced inside the browser too. No document is uploaded anywhere in order to be rendered or downloaded.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional; the generator works fully without one. If you do sign up, an email address and a securely hashed password are stored by our authentication provider. Passwords are checked against a public database of known breached passwords using a partial-hash method that never sends your password or its full hash anywhere.
Contact form
Messages you send through the contact page are kept in your browser so you have a record of what you sent. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to answer it.
Exchange rates
When you select a currency, the app requests the current rate from a public exchange-rate service. That request contains the currency codes only — never your invoice contents, amounts, or client information.
Advertising and cookies
This site displays advertising supplied by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and manage cookies in your browser at any time. We do not run our own analytics or tracking scripts.
Your control
- Delete any saved invoice from the invoices page at any time.
- Clear your browser's site data to remove everything stored locally in one step.
- Ask us to delete an account and its email address by writing to support.
Children
This is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change with it. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
